This is a small-scale off-site meeting/workcation plan for 4-10 people, with 1-2 people per room in a standard POD room (25 m2). This plan includes accommodation, meals, and meeting space for 1 person x 4 rooms or 2 people x 2 rooms (minimum 4 people). *Reservations can be made for 1 person x 1 room in the system, but for 4 people or less, the plan will only be applied if the payment and reservation amount is the same as for 4 people. If the number of people is less than the minimum, the hotel will contact you later to confirm the above details and to confirm the change to a plan for individual customers. Please note that if we are unable to confirm 5 days in advance, your reservation will be canceled. Many art museums and golf courses are dotted around the area, and the area is blessed with a variety of activities in the mountains and Lake Ashi. This plan includes a stay in a POD room, which is recommended for traveling with family or friends, alcoholic drinks at dinner (2 hours), as well as soft drinks and snacks during your stay. ■Rooms The 25m2 standard room is a modern Japanese-style room with a POD bed, which means a cocoon, built into the wall. *There is no bath in the room. Please use the large public bath. ■Meals The chef will prepare a single dish using seafood caught in nearby waters and the bounty of the forest, using his own special cooking methods. ■Dinner (17:00-19:30) Meal location: Semi-private room or dining room A stylish course meal consisting of amuse bouche, appetizer, soup, two main dishes, dessert, bread, and after-meal drink. ■Breakfast (7:00-9:00) Enjoy a one-plate breakfast in your preferred space in the lounge. *The basic breakfast is a Western or Japanese set menu, but may be served in buffet style without prior notice.
